Start your journey off right with a one-hour virtual video session! During the session, we will discuss your health issues, nutrition concerns, and goals. Based on that information, I will provide you with personalized nutrition and lifestyle guidance — including a one-week meal plan with recipes, photos, and a grocery list.

Your 8-Week Program
Don't worry, you won't be on your own after the initial video call. For the duration of the 8-week program, you'll receive ongoing coaching through virtual video sessions, along with feedback and tips through food journaling. I will answer your questions along the way and continue providing you with new information.
